Maintenance Department: T. Cooper

  • Estimate for trees removed at Hughes Park
  • Loads of Brush pick up.

  • LV-Emlenton Borough was awarded $53,927.74 for Phase I of the Mineral Springs Project.
  • Contact Smathers for estimates on property 504 Hill Street and 711 Chestnut Street.
  • Motion to donate to Cat Fund (last year was $500.00)
  • Lee Anne’s 90-day probation will be completed on August 9th – motion to give raise of .50 cents.
  • Smather’s recommendation for pricing for Borough owned properties on Hill Street and Chestnut Street, Carol
  • Motion to advertise 711 Chestnut and 504 Hill Street.
  • Discuss Soliciting in the Emlenton Borough.

Crawford Center / ORA Liaison Report

Parks, Recreation, and Town

  • Autism Park – Project started on 07-20-26.
  • Hiles will repair the center tension screw at the Pickle Ball court.  They also will paint and repair the hoop supports at the Basketball Court on 08/07.

Executive Session

Police Report: R Deloe

  • Approval of creating an account for fundraising for the EPD for training and equipment.
  • Approval of participating in cooperative law enforcement operations with other law enforcement agencies.
